Pro Controller with Toshiba Stack (minor issue)

Hello,
I got my pro controller working with Toshiba Stack on Windows 8.1. It's detected, works in Dolphin, and everything.

However, when I'm done with Dolphin and power the controller down, the next time I try to connect the controller I get the following message: "Prepare to connect the remote HID device, then click ok." It doesn't work. I also tried to connect it as a new device, but neither of my two pro controllers are detected.

The only solution I've found is to reinstall it everytime this happens. Is there any other solution?

Nevermind, I figured out what was causing it.

I had recently disabled secure boot mode in my BIOS. I had to enable it again. Now I can disconnect and connect my pro controller without reinstalling everything.

Bump.. Sorry to bump but looks like my solution was only temporary. Now it's back to not detecting it after I turned my PC on again today.

Anyone have any ideas? It takes 15 minutes to have to reinstall it every time.
