I'm on Dolphin 4.0-8

I have 16gb of RAM, in order to use the prefetch custom textures, you need 10GB of RAM.

When i turn it on, it will stop prefetching the textures when it gets to 8GB used and then it will abort saying "Not enough RAM" or something like that.

Is there any way to allow dolphin to use more than 50% of my RAM? maybe i can set it to 70% just so i can use this feature?
