Broad well can't match the Nvidia drivers, or the raw GPU speed. Even if the CPU is faster it would have to be 14nm to be definitively faster.
Unless i'm reading this or understanding wrong, I believe the Broadwell chips in question here (being discussed in the video above and showcased at CES 2015) ARE 14nm. That's what they're being reported as anyways. The integrated graphics are reported to have a rather huge leap over the previous Intel iGPU's, some sources online are claiming it bests Tegra X1.

Drivers are an unknown factor, no one can say whether Intel can compete against Nvidia on that front.
