To be honest, I'm not sure on how to do that? I have the control panel open, but I can't see a list of programs to apply settings too :S

Here is a direct OBS capture of what I'm getting as far as lag goes. Only setting I "changed" is LLE recompiler and Direct3D11 as shown with the cursor in the video

Off topic, but extremedude2's signature terrified me

Don't have much running in the background tbh... Besides, Witcher 3 with almost everything on Ultra runs at a constant 60 so I strongly doubt its a "processing power" issue... I'm greatly confused, I'll give you that.

He shouldn't have to, though, not on that setup.

Go to Manage 3D Settings and scroll down a bit to find an option called Power Management Mode and change it to Prefer Maximum Performance

EDIT: Furthermore, I don't think trying to show people lag issues via OBS is gonna help considering the x264 encoder really tends to not help things unless you tell OBS to not use the same cores/threads Dolphin does

EDIT 2: and make sure your drivers are up to date and all that, just in case

I found that option after all, and put it on that setting. No difference, sadly Sad

Oh and, as far as the video goes... it really is just as bad... in terms of chopyness and speed... didn't know how else to show it...

Guess I'll start firing off questions then on the off chance one of them was the issue:

GPU drivers up to date? Should be 353.62 (can check that via Nvidia Control Panel and then clicking the System Information thing on the bottom left of the window)

All Windows updates installed? (you never know)

Frame Limiter (first tab on the Config button) set to Auto?

Does the issue occur when your DSP is set to HLE?

Does the issue occur in the latest development builds?

All dependencies such as DirectX and the Redistributables all in place?

Have you tried the DirectX/Direct3D renderer instead of OpenGL?

Hell, why not take a screenshot of every config window and line them up here?

Yes

Just did, but no difference... Only minor stuff was missing...

Frame Limiter (first tab on the Config button) set to Auto?
Yes

Yes, although I changed it back in the screenshots

Does the issue occur in the latest development builds?
It does on the 2 latest ones and on 5.0-RC

All dependencies such as DirectX and the Redistributables all in place?
Not too sure what you mean there?

Have you tried the DirectX/Direct3D renderer instead of OpenGL?
It is what its set on now, and does not change anything... And OpenGL keeps the same issue

Hell, why not take a screenshot of every config window and line them up here?
