Hey all! Right board this time, sorry about that.
As a precautionary statement: I have a launch Wii Remote that works fine, so this isn't a big deal, but I thought I would ask, because I think this third party one is more comfortable.
I have a PowerA Mini Wii Remote with Wii Motion Plus built in, and I got today my order of the recommended DolphinBar off of Amazon. I've updated the firmware and everything: it works great with my launch-era Wiimote.
For the PowerA Mini Wii Remote, it also syncs and manages its mouse emulation just fine. And I can even get Dolphin (4.0-3638 x64) to recognize it and vibrate when I refresh the listings. But, when I go into a game, the buttons do nothing.
Has anyone used this particular device configuration before? I've seen people using the PowerA remote and Bluesolei and GlovePie and such successfully, but I think the point of buying a DolphinBar was to avoid that alternative bluetooth stack trash. (I dealt with Toshiba on my Laptop before to get a Wii U Pro Controller working. What a mess that was.)
Again, thanks for any help, and I understand if I'm asking the impossible. Its not the end of the world, I would just rather not have to use my WiiMotionPlus condom for the older remotes I have.
