I found the solution, I also couldn't download the packages while using google chrome, but I could with internet explorer, I don't know if you can also use firefox, just give it a try.

Also, the save files work great, thanks for them ;D

Does anyone have an endless ocean 2 save state? I need one because I can't get past the beginning since I can't get "shake" to work...thanks so much!
