"Family Party: 30 Great Games" I could not find a save for.
Here's the Mario kart Double Dash and Mortal Kombat full saves. You didn't say your region, so included both for MKD but found only NTSC for MKDA. Found them on Gamefaqs, won't be looking all over the web for you guys so for best luck search yourself.
How to implent in Dolphin: Go to
Tools > Memcard Manager. Open the memory card A for your region (located in User/GC) on the left, and Then press "<-import GCI", select the .GCI saves. Afterwards, press "<-fix checksum". Note that I haven't tested these, I tested with a Metroid Prime save but then it said the memorycard was corrupt. So lets hope it works for you.
Wouldn't be a problem to include these in the savepack, but feel it's not that much point since you'll have to import them yourself anyway to get it on the same memorycard as your other saves. (Besides, AR codes can usually do the job of unlocking)

You just choose any wii save from your PC (the one you want to convert) for the program to get some data it needs before you can use it. You only need to do this step once.

Ah, you misunderstood the whole thing. The guide is for converting saves yourself, those from here are already converted and can be put directly into folder "user/wii/title/00010000" (The folder 52534250, text file is just info)

I open the folder "user/wii", but I see just the "share2" folder. Where are the title folder? My Dolphin version is 2962.
