Well, you can see that I have a monitor, a keyboard, and if you look really carefully you can just about make out a mouse. That's all that's important really.  I used to have a camera, idfk if it still works or if I can even find it. I could use my webcam but that would involve pulling out the cable (from behind my desk) far enough to get a good view, which may be extremely impractical and will definitely be annoying.

Unless it's a damn good webcam that would likely produce image quality that is even worse.
