Ok thanks for your replies! Yes I want to add post processing shaders to my games because I feel like it and yes I do find games look much more immersive with post processing shaders... Where do I find this bloom shader? I would like to implement it to my games. Do I need to create a shader folder and stick em in it? Where do I download this?
+1 As far as performance is concerned... I really dont think its gonna be a big performance hit since post processing is done on the videocard. The rest is just CPU work. Im hear to find answer not start a post processing war LOOOL. Where do I find shader packs for Dolphin?
http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-shaders-database/ I found this now how do I make it work in Dolphin?... I kinda like the bad_Bloom shader.

What exactly do you want out of a post-processing shader? I mean, you could cell-shade a game, you could recolor the graphics, you could even add motion blur. None of these things would make the game look "better", they'd just add useless eye candy that's distracting from most games, and would bring performance way down.
Please don't talk shit.Its insulting.
They only bring down performance if A) the programmer is on crack B) the implementation is shit C) Your video card is shit.
