What exactly do you want out of a post-processing shader? I mean, you could cell-shade a game, you could recolor the graphics, you could even add motion blur. None of these things would make the game look "better", they'd just add useless eye candy that's distracting from most games, and would bring performance way down.

Please don't talk shit. Dodgy Its insulting.

They only bring down performance if A) the programmer is on crack B) the implementation is shit C) Your video card is shit.
