Possible to set Air Trigger as inputs?

hey people, happy 2020

I've got an original ROG phone, and so far I have not been able to use the air triggers in Dolphin. I would of course like to use them as L/R inputs and remove the on screen buttons. Has anyone been successful?

Happy 2020/I have a red magic 3s can't you just map it?

map it how, in dolphin? When I try to map it through dolphin nothing happens. It will register the power/volume buttons, but not the air triggers. Maybe I'm missing something!

on the gaming mode (game genie) you turn on air Triggers then you can map it to the touch buttons
