Possible to remove mouse acceleration?

Is it possible to remove the mouse acceleration that's there when you use your mouse for the IR movement set as Cursor X/Y? Playing is pretty awkward for me since I have two monitors and my mouse is always slightly faster than the game cursor. Should I happen to move the mouse slightly outside of the game window without noticing it, I end up deselecting the game window, which is kinda problematic in a lot of situations. Not to mention that I can't really use my mouse at the game's screen edge this way.
