Is it Possible to make a jailed version of Dolphin for iOS users without jaailbreak? Pls I really want everything to do for that. Even if I must change the code. I really would like to play these games on my iPhone

It would be so horribly slow that nobody would want to use it.

Well, it is possible, it would mean that you have to remove the JIT-compiler IIRC, and without the JIT... well... On a HIGH END PC you will run like 1-2 FPS (maybe a bit more) so on a phone you would run like 1-2 FPM (frames per minute). You really want to do everything to run Dolphin on your phone? That is it... all of it... Simple... OH, You also want it to be playable? well... since you're willing to do everything for it: Buy high end Android with a Snapdragon 845 from a well known brand and you will be able to play very light weight games without glitches. Phones are just too slow.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Not only would you be unable to use the JIT, but also fastmem.
