Possible to change frame limit INGAME ?

Hello everyone,

is it possible to change the frame limit ingame ?

I have it off, but in cutscenes the game runs to fast so the text isn't sync.

Is it possible to change it ingame ?

set framelimit to auto, limit by FPS enabled and disable audio throttle? you can change the max fps by going to:
config -> framelimit

Pressing TAB toggles the framelimit mode, but I've found that it breaks other things - all emulator hotkeys (for savestates and exiting the emulator window, for example) stop responding if I toggle the framelimiter while playing.
