After many hours of trying different ways to connect it I think I might of found a way to pair this wiimote 100% of the time.I use Windows 7 so I'm not sure if it works on any other OS
This DOES NOT use the toshiba stack instead it uses Bluesoleil wich you can follow this guide to get it(not my guide): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWWp8ohJbrA
Once you have the full version you may continue from here.
Step one: Once you are in this screen, double click the yellow sphere to start bluetooth and immediately press 1+2 on the remote.
It should come up with this screen after this right click and choose search for services you will see the mouse icon in the middle of the top bar light up.(try to do this before the lights on the wiimote stop blinking else you will have to press 1+2 again.)
Next Step:THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Wait till your lights turn completely off, open up dolphin and have the wiimote setting tab open. make sure you can easly switch to it. you need to do this rather fast: With ur wiimote lights off, double click the mouse icon, immediately hold the B button and quickly start spamming the refresh button on dolphin. Your wiimote should vibrate and it should b ready to go
I cannot guarantee this will work for you but it might work for at least some people.
