You should visit Dolphin's IRC channel on Freenode (#dolphin-dev). Freenode's website has a webchat client in case you don't have a dedicated IRC client -> https://webchat.freenode.net/

Checkout the github page for recent code commits, pull requests, issues, and the like, also browse the source code -> https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin

Lastly, have a look at the issue tracker if you're interested in tackling specific problems -> https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/projects/emulator/issues/

Good luck, and we hope to see your work soon Big Grin

#1 is a must-to-have. The dophin team mostly coordinate themself in this IRC channels (also checkout #dolphin-emu). Especially if you have no clue what you shall do, this is a nice place to ask or to wait for someone asking for help Big Grin
