Ports Forwarded, Netplay Still not working.

I forwarded my ports on 2626, for both UDP and TCP disabled my firewall, forwarded 6501 for both UDP and TPC, and tried disabling my firewall. No avail. I'm using a Cox Ubee DVW326 Cable Modem/Router if that has any impact On setting this up. Though I've set up ports for other things like Minecraft and they work. It's driving me insane. It's infuriating. I've tried changing the ports from 2626 to 25565, 7777, ANYTHING else. Someone please, help me. I've also tried just setting it to UDP. This is also tested across multiple people.

If not already, have you tried using the traversal server instead of direct connection?
