Poor speed with Resident Evil 0

Hi guys!

I got such a weird problem while running RE 0 =/

I got full speed in almost every game that i'm playing, but RE0 keeps limiting it's speed at 25 fps =/

I bought both versions on ebay, wii and gc ones, but both got the same speed...

RE 1 Remake runs really fast, full speed all the time, even in the main hall, always full speed.

Same goes for Metroid prime, Zelda TP, Prime 2, Mario Galaxy, etc...

My PC specs are the following:

Phenom x4 965 3.4 Ghz
4 Gb DDR 3 1333
500 GB HDD
Geforce 9800 GTX 1 GB
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits
Dolphin 2.0 Retail Version
