I do know that Nvidia graphic cards are highly recommended over the terrible Intel graphic cards, but what if th Nvidia card is a 6150e 1GB?

Here's my specs - Hopefully games will run at 40-60 FPS smoothly?

AMD x2 5000+ @2.66GHz Dual-Core
3GB DDr2 RAM
Nvidia 6150e 1GB

Any hope?
CPU: intel i5-4590
GPU: Asus GTX 750 Ti (For now)

not a chance, sorry. It's a terrible card from 2005 that will prob. barely play any games at 10-20% speed if that.
Might have some luck in 2d sidescrollers like NSMB though, you can try.

It only has shared virtual memory and is integrated in a factory built mobo.

In the ~$30 range, no. But even at low prices such as $40-$70 you can buy cards that are adequate. Wont be full speed but quite acceptable.

If that budget range is absolute, I sorted search results on newegg so you can select a reference model if you wish.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&Description=radeon&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=20&Page=6

For example the radeon 5450 can even run modern games at 720p res near 25-30fps and costs roughly 40 bucks.
It's not exactly a good card, but you could probably play a lot of games on dolphin at reasonable speeds with it at around 720p or 1080x1024.

At under 30 dollars, there's nothing playable to be bought, it's all junk. At past 40 there are some cards that are at least semi-usable.
