Use a newer Version and the DirectX Plugin.

But for your card don't use any Anti-Aliasing or Anistropic filter.
For that your PC is too weak !

Hey Anti-Ultimate, why do you assume he downloaded the game just because he said ROM? I know it's a common pirate's word, but saynig that doesnt prove anything does it? :S

He said game and then he said ROM.
If he says DSP first and then ROM it's okay !

To be fair, one of the stickied threads on this board, "Dolphin Complete Setup Guide", mentions the word.
