I accidentally fainted a shadow Pokemon (Poochyena at Gateon Port), and don't want to beat the game to catch it, since it is so early in the game. Since I only had the 3 Pokemon you can get up to this point, I tried entering an AR code that put Poochyena in slot 4, because I didn't want to lose any of my current Pokemon. I checked enable cheats, and turned on the master code but it told me to turn it off. After adding the code, I went back into Pokemon XD and the Poochyena wasn't there. Does there have to be a Pokemon already in that slot in order for the code to work or am I just not doing something right?
