Pokemon XD crashes constantly

Hello people, I am new to Dolphin and I wanted to try it to play Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. However, it keeps crashing every 2-3 minutes, so I can't even reach the P⭐DA.
Also, it constantly stretches out whenever I go in a specific room. Is it supposed to do that?
(No screenshot for the error pop-up that I receive whenever my game inevitably crashes, it doesn't even show it anymore. It said something like "Dolphin is likely going to crash. Enjoy.")

Anybody got any solutions? Thank you!

Regarding the crashing: Try disabling dual core.

Regarding the stretching: This is a problem with Dolphin's automatic detection of aspect ratios. You can avoid it by setting Graphics > Aspect Ratio to Force 4:3.
