So I've been searching all over the net for this and there is just so much freaking garbage on the topic. Everyone saying do this or do that. This SVN works or that one does.
I don't even know where to find SVNs, the closest I found wants you to compile them yourself, which is asinine in the extreme, as I'm sure most people haven't got a clue how to compile something.
So here are my questions, and please give me a straight answer.
~~~Pokemon Colosseum~~~
I've got it working on Dolphin 2.0, using the HLE it works at like 60% with 10-20 FPS.
1) Are there settings that can improve this? Sound can be completely nullified if that would help any, as I can't hear sounds anyways.
2) When I'm at the starting screen, it will recognize my Memory Card, however it says it is unable to save. If I remove the memory card from the folder so that it seems as if none exists, it says it's corrupt and needs to be formatted, but never does anything. ((On a side note, how do I get Dolphin to create blank memory cards?))
~~~Pokemon XD~~~
This one is a bit tougher. At first it was fixed on a black screen. I unchecked the Dual Core (speedup) piece inside the Config area.
This enables it to play at something like 20% and 10-20 FPS.
Any improvements I can make for performance would be appreciated.
The most important thing is the Save file issue. Save States seem to bog the emulator down into freezing/messing up. So that is out of the question.
