Pokemon Colosseum Problem

Hi! I'm using the 32 bits version of the emulator.
when I run the game, it would not go to the starting menu. The word document above shows how the screen look like. It would just stay like that forever...like for more than one hour.

Does anyone have a good config. setting that i could use?

i'm using vista, 4200+

plz help!
