Pokemon Colosseum and XD

Hi everybody, I'm new to Dolphin and these forums but I was wondering which is the best Dolphin Emu to run Pokemon Colosseum and XD. When I ran thoses isos Pokemon Colosseum is running at 7-9 FPS, and in XD it just gets a black screen. I heard Dolphin R1590 and below can run Pokemon Colosseum at a great speed. What I want is to get that emu, so if someone can message me the link, that would be great. I'm gonna need a Direct Download.

I can't download it from that site cause i have low connectivity, and my psp doesn't like that site cause it freezes. I need a psp-friendly site dowload. Plus why is it the filename called 5186win32? I asked for R1590 or something that can run Pokemon smoothly.
