Pokemon Colosseum / Action Replay Codes problems

So, I am playing Pokemon Colosseum, as started in the title, but while playing it I am trying to use multiple AR codes. When I click properties there were no AR codes so I have input some of the ones off of the internet. Some of these codes are working, while some are not. The main problem I am having is I believe the mastercode isn't functioning properly, the hold l+r for quick level is not working either. Does anyone know or may know why it is doing this? Also when I unlock their hearts some of the pokemon do not unlock properly. The error code for when I use the l+r is.. 'trying to compile at 0. LR=800feb9c' I click okay and then I get 'iCacheJIT: Reading Opcode from fffffffc. Please Report.' If anyone can help with any of these, it would be greatly appreciated.

Master codes will not work and should not be needed.

Which Dolphin version are you using?
There was a fix for some types of AR codes not toooo long ago. (fixed many of the "press buttons to do something" codes)

I have that same problem with catching trainer pokemon, any have ideas how to fix this problem?
