Pokemon Battle revolution issues

hello everyone !
i have some problems with "Pokemon Battle Revelation" Wii PAL, it runs so slowly (25-27fps), i have configured my Dolphin as it should be using the official threat of the game, but nothing.
so, my question is:
Can I make this game run faster?
i'm using SVN 5982 and my Computer Specs are below.

The game seems to require a pretty fast CPU to get it working correctly. Last time I tried even my i7 860 @ 3.5 Ghz was dropping frames.
