Read the stickies...
And pls tell us your hardware - mostly CPU and Grafics-card... I'm so kind to answer you partially:
you seem to have a not-supported graficscard.

Edit: Oh yeah... don't tell it ROM, its and ISO! only noobs call isos roms... (just wanted to say Smile)

your graficcard sucks... (same as your CPU... Daco don't punch me pls Smile )
But your CPU would support Dolphin, what your grafics don't... well, it don't support OpenGl. You have to get an old Dx3D-Plugin, as the newer ones not work...
or just buy a new graficscard.
If you read the stickies you would have known that...

Hey, The king.
I have the same problem message as that guy, but my PC is not that old. actually I think that it is still quite new.

here is the spec :
Computer:
Intel®Core ™2 CPU.
6700 @ 2.66GHz.
2.67GHz, 3.00 GB of RAM

And my card is Nividia Gforce 9800 GTX +
"Extension Limit" in the NVIDIA Control Panel is OFF.

do u think it could be another reason? or my card just not support it?

Extremely odd, update your drivers and report back to us so we can further assist you if that doesn't work.

I'm sorry, but how's ticking that option going to help?
This Quandary is solely based on the capabilities of his graphics card & has nothing to do with his processor.

Like i stated before, It's mandatory to update your Graphic Drivers.

I know this issue very well trust me
when dual core is enabled it lets you play until you clickstop and then try to play again. It used to happen to me and It has helped alot of people avoid that issue. It's an unpopular fix mainly from before you were here.
