And pls tell us your hardware - mostly CPU and Grafics-card... I'm so kind to answer you partially:
you seem to have a not-supported graficscard.

Edit: Oh yeah... don't tell it ROM, its and ISO! only noobs call isos roms... (just wanted to say Smile
