ok to answer your 360 controller issue ... get XPADDER free porgram and then add random inputs for all buttons ..... then in the wii remote/gamecube settings make sure its set to keyboard and mouse not your 360 controller ... if that makes any sense ....
for the 3d issue i am not sure but would like it answered of how to use the 3d feature as well
