I've seen many threads where people keep asking that they can't see the plugins or don't hav some old pad plugins, well I'll try to explain it here and sorry for my sucking English :p.
Alright for all the people who can't see the plugins or don't have the old pad plugins.

No plugins, what do I need to do?!

First check your plugins folder if there are plugins if there's nothing in there, download this pack: Plugin Pack (This plugins may differ from newer versions, this are the plugins from rev 5442).

What's in this package?
Both x64 and x86

Plugin_DSP_HLE.dll
Plugin_DSP_LLE.dll
Plugin_GCPad.dll
Plugin_GCPadNew.dll
Plugin_nJoy_SDL.dll
Plugin_PadSimple.dll
Plugin_VideoDX9.dll
Plugin_VideoOGL.dll
Plugin_VideoSW.dll
Plugin_Wiimote.dll
Plugin_WiimoteNew.dll

If you do have the plugins and you can't see them in Dolphin, then install the following:

Direct X

Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist x86 - For 32bit Windows Only
Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist x64 - For 64bit Windows Only

If this is done and you still can't see the plugins, try updating your computer with Windows Update.

Restart your computer.

I hope this helps Wink Big Grin!!
New computer, I'm back!
