on Dolphin-r5944 & Dolphin-r5947 Plugin_Wiimote.dll doesn't appear in Wiimote Configuration, only appear is Plugin_WiimoteNew.dll Huh

but in Dolphin-r5931 Plugin_Wiimote.dll & Plugin_WiimoteNew.dll appear in Wiimote Configuration.

Yes it does.
You probably need to update some runtimes.

update again if you can, just to be sure. I did that and it worked.
