My Dolphin Emu isnt letting me use plugins. Every time i click configure, and hit the plugin tab, none of the plugins are displayed, and i click configure but nothing ever happens. When i click the drop down list its empty!!! What do i do???!!!

But one thing ive been told i need to use C++ and i downloaded it. what do I do with it???? |
