not true, you just have to re-start dolphin for it to see the plugin :p (but if what you say works for you then it works xP)

Well, sorry to break it to you, but if all those sollutions failed, your DirectX is not the problem: your Windows install is borked. You might want to consider reinstalling Windows to avoid bigger problems.

Not agreee, it's some dolphin problem. The rest of apps on my system works amazing.
That's why i'm looking for a solution...reinstall windows is an easy path, i'm searching a real solution.

Thanks

I uninstalled Project 64 1.6 and Dolphin, then installed Project 64 again and after that, put Dolphin back on my pc. Now, everything works. For some reason the order in which I installed them was messing around with them.
Also, when I first installed Dolphin I had the same problems. Uninstall Dolphin, make sure Windows is completely up to date, install DirectX9.c next to DirectX11 and then re-install Dolphin. Once again, the order is very important. Dolphin won't magically see the plug-ins when you install DX9, you actually have to re-install it.

There is no installation of emulators...both are "portable" i never run a setup for project or dolphin, so, i dont think a connflict is posible.
