Plugin Error! Help Me!

I downloaded a Dolphin SVN R 4712 86x in my Windows Vista, but the DirectX 9, Wiimote, and pad plugin are missing. I check the plugins folder but the 3 files are there. Is there any way to help me? Sorry if this is already posted up.

Thanks but the Direct X updater is slow. I mean I need to wait for HOURS to complete installation. Is there another solution?
