Plugin DSP error

So I'm completely new 2 dolphin and I'm getting this problem where it says:

"Error loading/Plugins/Plugins_DSP_HLE.dll: can't read info"
"Can't init DSP Plugins"
"Couldn't init the core
Check your configurations"

I've looked on forums for a while and couldn't find anything. If someone can help me or link me to a thread that can help, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks in advance! xD

-The DirectX March 2009 Runtime: This fixes the plugin loading errors
Note: THIS MEANS UPDATE YOUR DIRECTX EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE VERSION 9.0c or 10 or 10.1!!!!!!

i have all those updated, but it still doesn't work.

when i click DSP, i error out. The I've updated most, if not everything already. Is there something wrong with my settings?

Shot in the dark here but what type of AUDIO/SOUND card are you using?

the DSP is the digital signal processor for the sound card. I don't think there would be any computability issues with the sound card. But never know. I do know that if I use my digidiesign Mbox2 I can't get any sound from Dolphin. How ever I have no problem with my on-board audio.

I think this is a build issue , try another build

it says it at the top of the main dolphin window
