I don't think the Pentium 3 supports SSE2, even if you could get Dolphin to work you would get like 0.1 FPS. It would be an utter slide show, my 95 year old grandmother could walk 10 miles before you would even get ingame to play.
I'm willing to bet with a CPU like that, you also have a crappy graphics solution that can't play games that came out after 1997 or 1998. I don't think any Pentium 3 systems had an AGP slot let alone a PCI-e slot for graphics cards. Heck even most Pentium 4 systems had no AGP or PCI-e slot and only came equipped with normal PCI slots.
You likely wouldn't be able to use both the OpenGL and DX9 plugin, I'm willing to bet your system doesn't support DirectX 8 let alone DirectX 9. You should of read the requirements for Dolphin before even trying it, where it would be clear your system can't run Dolphin at all.
Then you could of avoided looking like the jester of this forum by not posting this thread.
