Had to switch the motherboard to a Z87 board to make it overclockable, dropped down the PSU, and switched over to the case you liked, and yes, the price before the rebates is outside your budget

Dropped down the CPU, kept the Z87 motherboard, and threw in a mid-range Nvidia GPU, just $3 over before rebates
But you want a good PSU anyways for headroom when overclocking.
Are you sure you cant raise the budget a little bit?
I do not wish to overclock EVER, I find that the risk of killing my entire computer isn't worth the extra performance.
Sorry for being snotty, I had a shitty sleep last night.
Anyways, I found this thread https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-the-legend-of-zelda-the-wind-waker-cpu-benchmark?pid=263086#pid263086
In this thread, there are benchmarks for Wind Waker, and under all circumstances stated, the AMD A10-5800K preformed above 30fps (native).
Would this processor be okay for gaming? The only problem I have with Intel CPUs is that the motherboards suck a lot of cash out of my pocket compared to the AMD boards. Also, by gaming, I mean, well, the graphics card in this computer can play Crysis 3 at 1080p, ultra settings. Would this processor be okay for that? 4 core so I don't miss out on anything, I mean, I think this might be it.
Unless someone can find a dirt cheap CPU that's equal (if not better) to this CPU... then maybe I can consider it.
