Had to switch the motherboard to a Z87 board to make it overclockable, dropped down the PSU, and switched over to the case you liked, and yes, the price before the rebates is outside your budget

Dropped down the CPU, kept the Z87 motherboard, and threw in a mid-range Nvidia GPU, just $3 over before rebates
But you want a good PSU anyways for headroom when overclocking.
Are you sure you cant raise the budget a little bit?
