I thought the GPL stated that you have to release any changes you make to the source (if requested)?

You have to release the source if you distribute a modified version of Dolphin (like Akar emulator) publicly, but since the mentioned Wii TAS code were never made available publicly, he isn't violating GPL

Ah that makes sense XD, it didn't occur to me he never released it
