Dunno, but I find with a proper DSP dump from a Wii, all my Gecko Codes will always work.

Even with the LLE audio? Hmm...the first thing that comes to mind is the cheats aren't compatible with your game for some reason. Try calculating the MD5 checksum (right click on the game in the Dolphin menu, go to properties, go to Info, calc MD5) and see if it matches this:
MD5=09a28c6fc53435b2d478516aac50055c

I didn't have the game started when I calculated the MD5 so I don't know if the MD5 will be different.

No it won't be different. Your problem may be a corrupted game. Is the region NTSC-U or PAL?

I can't seem to find an MD5 sum from a reputable source. Try redumping the game, and if that doesn't fix it then you'll probably just have to brave through w/o cheats
