how can I make the Iso folder games that has Code file, content, and Meta file to work on Dolphin ?

what kind of program do I need to convert it to .iso or .wbfs to make it work on Dolphin ?

please please, can you help me with this ?

Dolphin runs GameCube and Wii games, not Wii U games.
