Please help with dolphin bar

Hi.

I have a mayflash dolphin bar that I am trying to set up, I have installed latest firmware for dolphin bar.

The trouble I'm having is I can pair the original wii motes with the bar and use various modes with my win 10 computer, when I run the emulator (tired latest development build) with a light gun game (house of the dead) the controller vibrates briefly and then I received a lost connection to controller message, opening the menu and refreshing the wii controller (on setting 4 with real wii mote ticked) makes it vibrate so it seems to be connected?

One other thing is that when I first plugged the dolphin bar into the pc and paired the wii mote It worked straight away and I could play the game but after restarting my pc it wouldn't.

The pc doesn't have any Bluetooth capability built in so I can rule out and issue regarding that etc.. It doesn't seem to see the dolphin bar as having Bluetooth pass through but not sure if there maybe a problem with the dolphin bar it's self as it wasn't a new one when I bought it.

If there are any alternatives ways to use wii motes with dolphin emulator please let me know

Thanks for any help given?

Indeed, the DolphinBar doesn't support Bluetooth passthrough, so you have to set Dolphin to "Emulate the Wii's Bluetooth adapter".

Loaded dolphin back up and looked at the setting it was already set to emulate wii sensor bar, but now it stated to work ? at first it didn't now it does, I haven't done anything as far as I can remember to any of the setting. I'm a bit puzzle tbh, hope it sticks anyway.

How does the dolphin bar get in with 3rd party controllers? I've got one original and a 3rd party one I've borrowed off a friend do the mix OK or are original ones best?

Dolphin's "Emulate a BT Adapter" mode (and by extension, Dolphin Bar in mode 4) is a hit or miss with 3rd party Wiimotes. Some work, some don't, you'll only know by trying...

Thanks I'll stick with the original ones. Hopefully I won't have any more problems. Does seem strange it started working all of a sudden.
Cheers for the help ?
