PLEASE HELP!? Will Dolphin run on my PC? --> more specifically Wii games?

Hello I am new to this forum, I had dolphin for about 6 months and I am able to run almost every gamecube game full speed..

I just wanted to know with my computer specs, if there was any way to run wii games full (or playable) speed??
