I encountered a problem that OS X doesn't recognize the controller Wii Remote, although connected via bluetooth. I use Dolphin 4.0 and 3.5 for OS X.

Have you tried pressing the 1 and 2 buttons at the same time to sync the Wiimote while running Dolphin?
