I am trying to play game cube games on my computer. I have downloaded 4.0 and the volume would skip and and the pic would skip really fast. I was told to down grade my dolphin so i installed 3.5 and it still did the same thing.

Radeon HD 8400 Graphics
1T Drive
10CB DDR3 Memory
Anyone have any ideas how i can fix it. I have been playing around with the configurations for like 2 days now and cant get it.
