I seriously can't figure out the issues as to why I'm having this weird graphical issue on a certain character. I posted an image of Goombella, and her hat is all distorted. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this?

Make sure that Bounding Box is enabled. Does the issue keeps happening if you change the graphics backend?
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I enabled the Bounding Box option as suggested and it's still doing it. And yes the issues keeps happening even if I fool around with the graphic options backend.

That's Z-Fighting, something that I haven't seen on Dolphin unless you're using very old GPUs. Which GPU do you have? Are you running the most recent drivers for it?
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

I'm using a nVidia GTX 2070, a pretty recent Graphics card and I've updated it not too long ago actually.

Try doing a clean install of the most recent drivers and see if it helps...

Might be an issue if you're using an HD texture pack of some sort? Or maybe fast-depth?

Guys, I had given up on it. I tried everything and it's bugging the hell out of me, so I just put it to rest. I tried all suggestions and the damn this is still displaying weird, and on top of that I don't really have any HD Texture packs installed.
