Unplugging your laptop causes slowdowns because it needs to monitor battery usage to last, so it throttles down the CPU.
Nevermind as in you fixed your sound issue?
It's common that that happens don't worry, but also when your charger is unplugged you have to select high performance again. Use HLE instead of LLE audio, as of now it's basically the same
The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.

It's still pretty broken in Galaxy, for example, where the sequences are played WAY louder than the streams. 01-21-2015, 07:23 AM
I didn't have sound problems anymore and when I downloaded the current version of dolphin yesterday and when I downloaded the latest version of dolphin yesterday I was getting good frames mainly 55-60 FPS most the time. When I downloaded the latest version of dolphin my laptop was uncharged and the game was working great!

Galaxy's a pretty taxing game in the first place, so being able to comfortably use HLE will be excellent.(01-21-2015, 12:39 AM)Kurausukun Wrote:(01-21-2015, 12:15 AM)linker357 Wrote: It's common that that happens don't worry, but also when your charger is unplugged you have to select high performance again. SMG -can- be played with HLE right now; the thing I mentioned is being made to solve the issues that were discovered after the rewrite (you know, when HLE became syncronous).
