I have done these settings, but there is a problem
1 - the game become slow sometimes
2 - When you reach the first zombie and kill him the game does not continue
But the game stop at the Dead zombie and do not continue

RESIDENT EVIL 0 (GC/Wii)
Notes:
- GC version has higher FPS then Wii version, but Wii has perfect ingame music (no missing notes issues)
- The GC PAL version has less bugs on Dolphin than the GC NTSC one
- Run the 64bit JIT version (Dolphin.exe)

Important configuration options:

General Tab:
* Basic settings - check only "Enable Dual Core" and "Enable Idle Skipping"
* Advanced settings - everything checked

OpenGL - General Tab:
* Full screen ........................................... Checked
* Fullscreen resolution: ............................. 1280x1024
* Keep aspect ratio .................................. Disabled
* Auto scale ........................................... Checked
* Anisotropic filter ................................... 8x
* Antiailias (MSAA): ................................. 8x
* Force linear filter ................................... Checked
* Post-processing shader: ......................... off / bad_bloom

OpenGL - Advanced Tab:
* Overlay FPS ......................................... Checked
* Disable Fog .......................................... Checked
* EFB copy to GL texture .......................... Checked
* Hacks ................................................. None
* Use Safe texture cache .......................... Checked

this should do it, just try it out

and try to use the search function before posting ;-)
