PLEASE HELP ME(BLACK SCREEN)

I have a issue in dolphin, before all of my game got a blackscreen,it was normal but this time the game have a blackscreen for 5 months,i try to find all solution but no one knows.

The reason i got a blackscreen because when i play the game and i want to quit,its not responding,because that i try to force die the computer(hold power button),after i open it,it results a blackscreen.

Okay in you profile info it says you running an i3. Which one there is 12 gen of i3 and the igpu and cpu performance is important. Your profile mention both windows 7 and 10. If you dual booting windows use windows 10 for dolphin as windows 7 isn't support with current builds. As for the advice I can give for in general. Make sure you graphic driver are updated, windows is updated, and the games are good by verify the image in dolphin in the game properties. You can also try a clean install of dolphin with a portable.txt(notepad file that empty) in the same folder as the dolphin.exe. This will make dolphin use the same dir for it setting and saves but it can be use for testing a corrupt file or setting cause the crash. Also when you extract the files disable you antivirus temporary as sometimes it cause problems.

i have windows 10 and also my gpu and cpu performance is good,my graphic driver are updated,and also windows is updated but still blackscreen,the dolphin is good too,i cant find the portable.txt anywhere

The portable.txt is a file you create, the easiest way is to right click and click new then click new text document, afterwards you rename it to portable. The reason for a new installation and the portable file is to make sure that a dolphin update didn't cause problems by a bad update or a bad file or settings. I forget to mention this in the previous post but did you try older build and see if it did it.

The cpu gen is important since it maybe it a gpu specific issue that might be occurring . It rare but it does happen and might have been a regression that other might test. Which affect intel igpu(it might have affect amd igpu I don't know) I was in the thread that some one else post nearly a year ago and was able to reproduce it on my laptop 7th igpu. It that case there are workarounds though.

It worth noting you graphic setting. Mainly what api your using. Intel igpu tend to do best with direct 11 or direct 12, somewhat okay with opengl and not idea with vulken from my experience.
